Yes, I was on TV - The Joseph Smith Memorial Concert

Some of you may have heard about it or seen it, but if you missed it, don't worry.  I wouldn't let my first good TV appearance go to waste without some documentation :). Anyway, earlier this month, a few choirs and orchestra groups put together a celebratory concert for Joseph Smith with commisioned works to honor the 200th anniversary of his birth.  The BYU Concert Choir, of which I am a member, was the last to perform, and we sang a very cool 4-movement piece by Mack Wilberg.  He took some old texts from the original hymnal put together by Emma Smith and put them to an original composition for full choir, double piano and a "battle" of percussion instruments (as Sis. Hall, our conductor, always put it).

Anyway, I recorded the concert from KBYU, and uploaded it to Google Video.  Click here to see it.  They seemed to degrade the quality a bit, probably to save bandwidth, but it was only place I could find that would let me upload a 1GB movie file.  Also, sorry that the sound gets off a bit towards the end; I think my capture card has some issues with synchronization.  Anyway, I'm on the very top left corner of the guys, so I only got one good closeup - if that's all you're interested in seeing, skip to about the 8 minute mark.  But I would encourage you to listen to the piece - it's very moving.
