Chris & Naomi Hathaway Home

Following are my goals for this summer, at least the tech-based ones. It's probably really not interesting to anyone else, but I wanted to get them out publicly:

• Learn Ruby on Rails and implement at least one of my website ideas in it.
• Learn .NET and implement one of my website ideas in it.
• Customize our theme for the website.
• Upgrade site to Drupal 4.7
• Put mission letters online.
• Finish moving hathawayhome site to Drupal 4.7
• Become one of the 10,000 finalists in the Google Da Vinci Code contest.
• Help Kate create her site.
• Come up with two more website ideas
• Finish modeling our house with Google Sketchup
  
• Blog more detail on the following topics:
• Firefox
• RSS
• Online Web 2.0 apps
• Put at least a few more hundred edits into Wikipedia
• Move over hathawyhome email to Gmail for your domain.
• Post a detailed, full resume on the website.
• Find a good system to track our finances and budget
• Do the Geneology research my grandparents requested.

Boy, it looks like a lot when they're in a big list like that. We'll see how many actually get done. I'll update the list as I complete things.
