Rinse it off with hot water and use it.

    I voted to laugh and use the toothbrush as is.  It's only baby pee.  (Just kidding.)  This reminds me of when my mom once boiled our toothbrushes in a pot on top of the stove, and all the bristles came off the handles and floated away.  If this happens, the toothbrushes are rendered useless, even for cleaning the grime around the stove rings.  Proceed with caution . . .
